Central Texas P.M.S. was founded on discipline, experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

After retiring from military service in 2011, our founder transitioned into the hospitality industry in 2016, starting as a mechanical maintenance technician and steadily working his way into regional and corporate leadership roles.

After retiring from military service in 2011, our founder transitioned into the hospitality industry in 2016, starting as a mechanical maintenance technician and steadily working his way into regional and corporate leadership roles. Over the years, he advanced through the ranks by delivering results—helping property owners improve building automation systems, reduce downtime, and protect their assets through smarter maintenance and repair strategies.

As a regional leader, he managed and oversaw multiple multi-million-dollar repair and replacement projects across hotels throughout the United States. This role required close coordination with ownership groups, general managers, engineering teams, and some of the largest HVAC and mechanical manufacturers in the industry, including Daikin and Mitsubishi. The focus was always the same: reliability, efficiency, and long-term cost control.

In late 2025, Central Texas P.M.S. was established to bring that same corporate-level expertise directly to hotel owners and businesses—without the corporate overhead. We specialize in preventative maintenance programs, hotel equipment inspections, and professional mechanical services, including repairs and equipment replacements. Our goal is simple: help our clients extend the life of their equipment, avoid costly failures, and operate with confidence.
